No Heat at All

The most urgent problem. Could be a failed igniter, a tripped breaker, a faulty thermostat, or a gas valve issue. We troubleshoot the entire system to find the root cause.

Uneven or Weak Heat

Some rooms warm, others cold. This often points to a failing circulator pump, stuck zone valve, or air trapped in the lines. We check every zone and component.

Leaking Water

Water pooling near the boiler usually means a failed pressure relief valve, corroded pipe fitting, or cracked heat exchanger. Leaks need fast attention to prevent water damage.

Banging, Gurgling, or Whistling

Strange sounds typically mean air trapped in the system, mineral buildup in the heat exchanger (kettling), or a failing pump. Flushing and bleeding usually resolves it.

Pressure Keeps Dropping

A boiler that constantly loses pressure has a leak somewhere in the system, a faulty expansion tank, or a relief valve that's releasing water. We check the entire loop to find it.

Pilot Light Won't Stay Lit

On older boilers, this usually means a worn thermocouple or draft problem. On newer models, a failing hot-surface igniter typically needs replacement every 3 to 5 years.
